2. Excessive consumption of caffeine

According to research, caffeine can affect fertility. From now on limit the amount of caffeine consumed, no more than 200 mg per day or the equivalent of 2 cups of coffee. But don't forget, caffeine is not only contained in coffee. Caffeine is also contained in chocolate, energy drinks, soft drinks, and certain medications. 3. Consumption of fish that contain mercury

During the pregnancy program, expectant mothers are advised to avoid consuming fish meat that is high in mercury. Fish that are likely to be high in mercury are bigeye tuna, marlin and mackerel.
